the staff was very helpful from check-in i was welcomed by prudence who explained the facilities and services the room janitors provided an interconnected room so the children could be taken care of the restaurant staff, joseph and cynthia, were really good samantha was also great with the kids at the kids club i checked out buguta was a great lifeguard at the swimming pool glorious and hope were also really good
the bed was uncomfortable it seemed like two old mattresses were joined together there was a foul smell from the bathroom the room felt stuffy all the time it was unbearable to stay there the tv in the room was also very small

i enjoyed a wide selection of juices during breakfast hours the bars were open from 11 a.m to 11 p.m they offered alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails the palm restaurant provided a wide array of food and creative menu changes each day

i appreciated the diverse food selection at the restaurant. dishes ranged from local specialties to international options. the pool area was large with ocean views and many palms. the staff greeted guests frequently and were very polite.

Our family stayed for five nights, and the facilities were great. The swimming pool was clean and spacious. Daily towel service was reliable, and the housekeeping staff ensured our room was super clean with fresh towels everyday. The food had great variety, with many tasty swahili and international dishes.
The gym equipment is a little dated, but it does the job.

Check-in was efficient, and a welcome drink was a nice touch. Staff members like Cynthia helped explain the package benefits. The staff addressed requests quickly and professionally. The hotel service was Really good!!!

i found the staff cute and helpful especially nancy the guest experience manager was very pleasant and easy to relate with she's very professional and a gem the rooms were clean and spacious i liked the beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. the swimming pool area was also well maintained and clean.
i noticed the aeration in the rooms needs improvement ensuring better air quality also working on better drinks for full board customers the drinks selection seemed too cheap.

the different types of dishes served were a highlight i even had the chance to try octopus delicacy that was great the variety ensured there was something for everyone. afternoon tea-time featured a delicious selection of treats.

the resort staff demonstrated great attempts to hold numerous activities for both adults and children throughout the day the animation team was fun providing enjoyable entertainment i appreciated the attentiveness shown by the staff.

the hotel has multiple swimming pools providing ample space for relaxation there is sufficient space to relax during the day the gym had a mix of new and older equipment catering to different workout preferences.

the hotel is next to the beach offering a beautiful view of the ocean i enjoyed swimming in the ocean the area felt secure i also observed that there was a security presence around the area.

I found the staff friendly. Samson did check-in. He was very fast, even with my fussy baby. The reception staff were also friendly.
The air conditioning didn't work well. I complained, but they did not fix it. My bedroom was cleaned late. I had to ask for toilet paper.
